Cake decorator wanted in Harrison County

Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Harrison County, Kentucky. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
