On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off.
