The role involves: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
