Tandoor cook wanted in Matazu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Matazu, Katsina State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
