You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
