Scullery hand — Konduga

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Konduga, Borno State. You will work in a hospital canteen. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
