Cnc lathe setter wanted in Duval County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Duval County, Texas. You will work in a job-work machining unit. Day-to-day duties: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
