Urgent requirement: moulder (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a moulder in Pine County, Minnesota. You will be based at an aluminium die-casting plant. Requirements: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Day-to-day duties: • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
