Lathe programmer-operator — Ahiazu-Mbaise

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Ahiazu-Mbaise, Imo State. You will be based in a tool room. On a typical shift you will write and edit G-code programs at the control; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
