Short order cook — Nwangele

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Nwangele, Imo State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line We offer ₦7,500 per day plus benefits.
