Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Stephens County, Texas. You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
