What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
