You should have: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Confident with standard crane hand signals The role involves: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Read lift plans and method statements before starting Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
