Urgent requirement: electrostatic spray painter (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in El Paso County, Texas. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
