Head butcher — Karu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Karu, Nasarawa State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
