Powder coating line operator • Nagaon, Assam

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Nagaon, Assam. The job is on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideally you have keen eye for finish quality and surface defects; aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms; can read film thickness gauges and colour codes.
