Cook wanted in Beckham County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Beckham County, Oklahoma. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
