Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Wise County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Own brushes and basic hand tools • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
