Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Shendam, Plateau State. On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 2+ years on the tools preferred.
