Urgent requirement: powder coating operator (Borno State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Hawul, Borno State. Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Part-time with flexible hours.
