Urgent requirement: confectioner (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Gregg County, Texas. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Six days a week, one day off.
