Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Bindawa, Katsina State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
