Urgent requirement: coating plant operator (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Cook County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
