Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Beaver County, Utah. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain.
