Vacancy available: we are hiring a carpenter in Grant County, Minnesota. The job is on a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Performance bonus on top of base pay.
