Cook — Sapele

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Sapele, Delta State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
