Cook wanted in Mariga

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Mariga, Niger State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Pay around ₦180,000 per month, based on your experience.
