Vacancy available: we are hiring a furniture maker in Egor, Edo. You should have: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Your main tasks: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦180,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
