Domestic gas engineer — Sutton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Sutton County, Texas. You will check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser. Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders Six days a week, one day off.
