Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Wayne County, West Virginia. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off.
