Coating plant operator wanted in Jasper County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Jasper County, Texas. The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
