Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Lee County, Texas. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
