Join our team: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Oneida County, Idaho. You will be based in a five-star hotel. The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
