Chef de partie wanted in Phelps County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Phelps County, Nebraska. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
