Tandoor cook — Kaura

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kaura, Kaduna State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. ₦225,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
