Your main tasks: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Clear and reset tables between covers • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Overtime paid at a premium rate.
