What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
