Immediate opening: powder coating line operator (Nebraska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Cass County, Nebraska. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness.
