Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
