Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Ankpa, Kogi State. On a typical shift you will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors 1+ years on the tools preferred.
