Dishwashing attendant • Sheopur, Madhya Pradesh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Sheopur, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₹40,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
