Baker wanted in Grant County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Grant County, Washington. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
