We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Clinton County, Indiana. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
