We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Caddo County, Oklahoma. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
