Confectioner wanted in Dawson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Dawson County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Part-time with flexible hours.
