Confectioner wanted in Soreng

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Soreng, Sikkim. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should bring basic cake decorating and piping skills; accurate at weighing and following recipes; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks. ₹34,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
