Immediate opening: cake decorator (Benue State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Okpokwu, Benue State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Six days a week, one day off.
