CNC milling operator — Hamilton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Hamilton County, Texas. You will be based in a toolroom. Day to day you will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
