Urgent requirement: TIG welder (Lagos State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a TIG welder in Alimosho, Lagos State. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦1,750 per hour, based on your experience. Share your details and we will call you back.
