Canteen cook • Seneca County, Ohio

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Seneca County, Ohio. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time, day shift.
